I. Scope and Ownership

These terms govern your use of Remote Tap mobile and desktop applications ("Platforms"). All intellectual property rights in the Platforms are owned by the developer. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to download and use the apps.

II. Permitted Use

You may download the apps, view content, and receive updates for your personal purposes only.

III. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the apps
• Use the apps for commercial purposes without authorization
• Remove, modify, block, disable, obscure, or impair any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platforms

IV. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Engage in unlawful activities using the Platforms
• Infringe third-party rights
• Transmit defamatory, offensive, or harmful content
• Introduce viruses or other malicious code

You must comply with applicable laws and third-party terms of service.

V. Liability Limitations

Our total liability is limited to fees paid during the current year. We are not responsible for:

• Non-foreseeable damages
• Commercial losses
• Issues caused by user negligence
• Issues caused by incompatible hardware or software

VI. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to access the service.

VII. Termination

Either party may terminate these terms at any time. You may terminate by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access for unauthorized use or violation of these terms.

VIII. Local Network Communication

Remote Tap communicates with companion apps over your local Wi-Fi network. You are responsible for the security of your local network. Remote Tap uses TLS encryption for all peer-to-peer connections.

IX. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the Platforms after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
